Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Except where otherwise provided by law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s), without providing any reason.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers purchasing online and does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number or for professional or business purposes.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact us before shipping the product.

In both cases, it is mandatory to indicate the order number, attach photos of the item, and specify the reason for the return.
Incomplete requests may not be processed or may result in delays.

Timeframe for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day period starts from the day the customer receives the item(s) included in the order.

Return Procedure

Once the withdrawal request has been communicated, the customer must ship the product within 14 days.
The customer is free to choose the courier and shipping method, and shall bear all return shipping costs.

The product must be returned intact and in the same condition as received.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Refund

The refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received at our premises.
The full order amount will be refunded, including the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

Return shipping costs are excluded from the refund and remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
